MOMS Club® of Antioch, California

 The MOMS (MOMS Offering Moms Support) Club of Antioch, California is a not-for-profit organization which was created to provide a support network and social outlet for moms with kids of all ages.  We offer many activities to help you explore the world with your children.

The MOMS Club began in 1983 when MaryJames, an at-home mother in California, decided she was tired of being alone at home.  She wanted to meet other at-home mothers and she wanted to find other at-home children for her children to play with.  When she discovered there were not other organizations that met during the day and allowed her to come with her baby and preschooler, she decided to start a brand new organization just for at-home mothers, and the MOMS Club was born.

There are now over 2,000 chapters of the MOMS Club -- in the United States and abroad.  The Antioch, CA chapter was established in 1995.  The Antioch Chapter was one of five chapters in Northern California to receive the Outstanding Chapter award in 2008 - 2009.
